I don't have too much time right now, I just wanted to put a few great pictures up from last week. We had a really great trip with more amazing clouds and great weather. Only like 10 minutes of rain while we were cooking dinner on the last night though, so that was good. It was a 7 day (rather than 6, we still go the same distance, we just have more time to do hikes and other stuff) on the upper half and we hiked to Beaver Falls. It's just down from Havasupai Falls, if you've heard of that or been there. It was so amazing! It's about a 4 mile hike and everyone but one person made it. It did take 3 hours, but we made it. We found this place another guide had told us about that was this cave you swim under and up into it was pretty cool. We didn't have to swim too far, but it was neat.

This is where the toilet was set up one night, in front of an old mine. And this was the amazing view from the toilet, it was so beautiful! Here's another cool picture of some really cool rock. This is at this place called the doll's house where there's tons of hollowed out Vishnu Shist with stripes of Granite that is so cool.
I've been lucky to run with really fun other guides and on the last night of the trip we were having a dance party in the kitchen. On the way home. There's 8 of us between two trips and 3 have to ride home in the semi that carries all of our gear and it takes like 8 hours, and the other 5 get to fly back in this little plane.

It only takes like 45 min but sometimes if it's windy it feels so much longer! Here's a view back up the Canyon. And to finish it off, one of my favorites of the trip of one of the guides, Joey. Wiley had made him this mug and it just fits him so well.

Anyway, it was a great trip and if they all could be that nice of weather I might want to do it all year! We'll see if the heat wave that we're all expecting come this week, hopefully it'll stay at bay for at least a little longer... keep your fingers crossed! Thanks for checkin in!

Great pictures, Grace! I would NEVER dare to fly in that plane, though.
